An entry can have negative points. The entries with more + votes are the entries the language learning community recommends more.

On the resource bar is a small outline of a star. Click it and it will be stored under your stared items in 'My FluentYet'.
Think about it like adding it to your favorites so you can quickly come back to it later.
To remove an entry from your stared items, simply click on the star again.

Under each entry on the detail page are comments. Comments are individual opinions related to that entry. Let others hear you - leave comments to tell others what you like (or dislike) about each entry you have experience with. To leave a comment simply put a few sentences into the comment box and click submit.
You can vote + or - for individual comments as well. This means that one comments can have a higher amount of points then another comment. This helps when sorting out what comments are the most useful.
Points help you determine whether others like or dislike entries but the comments acutally tell you why.

The difficulty level is aimed to give users an idea of the level required to get the greatest benefit out of the entry. For instance a Japanese JLPT level 1 (hardest) review guide which is geared towards near fluent japanese learning may not be suitable for someone a a begginner or even intermediate level. The difficulty level will show that in a nice little graphic. It is also nice to view your progression in language learning by what defficulty level suits you best.
